Halo Infinite, exiles promise to destroy humanity

Microsoft and 343 Industries will present Halo Infinite in a presentation in July and have now shared some new details with the public. In a short video, the developers even gave fans their first tip on who the enemies would be in the new part of the Halo series.
The teaser begins with a low, growling voice that reports that his forces have taken the ring, that humanity will burn, that there will be no more Prophets or lies. Finally, the speech of the unknown reaches the main part: “We are his will, we are his legacy, we are exiles”.
Thus, it seems that the exiles will return in the massive new adventure of the Halo series. But for many fans who, after Halo 5: Guardians, have not immersed themselves in this sci-fi universe, this alien faction may not be familiar
Exiles were the main antagonists of Halo Wars 2. In this faction, representatives of many alien races who were previously in the Alliance found their place, but the jiralhanais are still the skeleton. Among the exiles, too, there are, for example, unggoys and sangheili.
However, as the mysterious voice in the teaser mentions, exiles do not believe in prophets. The faction's creator was the charismatic leader Atrioks, who led many hegemonic soldiers, including Decimus. After leaving the Pact, the exiles took with them the maximum resources and technologies of the empire and were able to confront the Pact, forcing the hegemony to fight on two fronts.
Judging by the Halo Infinite teaser, it looks like the exiles themselves now own the Halo ring or may be close to their full capture. Judging by the mention of his legacy, Atriox may already be dead, and the faction is now under the leadership of a new leader. Whoever leads the exiles, the general motivation seems quite clear: in their opinion, humanity must be exterminated. Apparently, a super weapon like the Halo ring plays a key role in these plans. So far, this is just a teaser, so let's wait for details.
