Company launches 1TB portable SSD P500 

HP has announced a new SSD P500 portable solid state drive: a portable storage device can hold 1TB of information.
The product uses a USB 3.2 Gen1 interface based on a symmetrical USB Type-C connector to connect to a computer. The same port is used to supply power – an additional source is not required.
It is argued that the novelty provides information read speeds of up to 420 MB / s in serial mode. Data can be written at a speed of up to 255 MB / s.
The device is enclosed in an aluminum case with dimensions of 79.1 × 53.9 × 10 mm, and the weight is 45.4 g.buyers will be able to choose from four color options – blue, red, gray and silver.
The package includes a connection cable with a USB Type C connector and an adapter from USB Type C to USB Type A. Unfortunately, there is no information on the estimated price of the new product at the moment.
