The PineTab Linux tablet with 10 " screen will cost $100
The Pine64 team, known for developing computers running the Linux operating system, is preparing to launch another new product – a budget tablet called PineTab.
The device is equipped with an Allwinner A64 processor, which contains four 64-bit Cortex-A53 cores with a clock frequency of up to 1.15 GHz, as well as a Mali 400 MP2 graphics controller. The amount of RAM is small-2 GB.
The device is equipped with a 10-inch 720p screen with a resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. A 2-megapixel camera is installed on the front and a 5-megapixel rear. In the arsenal of the tablet is a flash module with a capacity of 64 GB, a microSD card slot, USB 2.0 Type A and Micro-USB 2.0 ports, speakers. The battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh is responsible for energy.
A keyboard can be connected to the device: this will allow you to use the gadget as a compact laptop. Optional installation of M. 2 SATA SSD module, M. 2 LTE, etc.
Traditionally, Pine64 computers use the Linux kernel operating system. The price of new items will be only $100, and an additional keyboard will cost $20.
