Nettop CoreBox i5 weighs about 800 grams

The Chinese company Chuwi announced another novelty – a desktop computer with a small format CoreBox i5, built on the Intel hardware platform.
The device is closed in a metal case that can be installed in both horizontal and vertical positions. The weight is approximately 800 grams.
Used is far from The New Broadwell processor of the generation Core i5-5257u.this chip with two cores (up to four instruction streams) operates with a frequency of 2.7 GHz, with the possibility of increasing to 3.1 GHz. The equipment includes an Intel Iris 6100 graphics accelerator. Nettop loads 8 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. As a drive, a solid-state module M. 2 SSD with a capacity of 256 GB is used. It is also possible to install an additional 2.5-inch hard drive.
In the arsenal of CoreBox i5 – a Gigabit Ethernet network controller and a Wi-Fi 802.11 ac wireless adapter with support for the frequency bands of 2.4 and 5 GHz.
All connectors are concentrated on the back of the case: this is an audio output, a microphone jack, four USB 3.0 ports, a jack for a network cable and two HDMI interfaces for connecting monitors.

Currently, there is no information about the estimated price of the computer.
