The Pixel 4 series' Project Soli music controls may have been leaked in more detail

Google has already conceded that numerous leaks concerning Motion Sense, a new ability in the upcoming Pixel 4 smartphones by which they can respond to various hand gestures, are valid. Now, a new report claims to list all regions in which those intended to control media on devices will be available on lauch.
Motion Sense is Google's take on the concept of touch-free gesture control in smartphones. It has already been seen in LG, Huawei and Samsung flagships, to greater and lesser degrees of uptake and popularity. In this OEM's case, they will debut in the Pixel 4 and 4 XL, the first smartphones to integrate the project Project Soli radar sensor.
It is possible that the ability to skip through, play and pause music or other media will among the most intuitive and successful use-cases for Motion Sense once the new Pixels are released. The first of these has already been teased in an official Google video. A new leak suggests that this specific gesture will work in new phones sold in 52 specific regions.
They consist of countries (including all members of the EU) as well as some national territories such as Puerto Rico and French Guyana. In addition, 23 separate apps are supporting the Motion Sense track-skipping feature. These findiings are reportedly based on an analysis of the relevant APK in a pre-release Pixel 4 unit. Interestingly, some of these apps are specific to the Indian market, whereas the regional list does not extend to the same country. It may be added later on in the Pixel 4 line's life-cycle. Until then, we will have to wait until its October 2019 launch to verify this new leak.
