Galaxy Note 10+ Officially Confirmed with Android Pie, To Come In 256/512GB Storage Options
The South Korean giant Samsung accidentally officially confirmed the existence of the Galaxy Note 10+. Like always Samsung opens the Pre-Launch registration process for those who are willing to know more details and reserve the upcoming flagship. This year Samsung fans are quite curious about the upcoming flagship’s name because the company will be releasing the 10th gen of the long-running Galaxy Note series.
For quite some time we have been hearing rumors of two new Galaxy Note phones from Samsung this year. Fortunately today the Samsung official website support page confirms the Galaxy Note 10+. The device model number is SM-N975F. Now we can confirm there will be a Plus variant of Note 10 alongside the regular model.
Many European region websites of Samsung support pages also confirms the Galaxy Note 10+. As expected the support pages didn’t reveal many details regarding the device. It only confirms the device will be pre-installed with Android Pie. It will be available in at least two configurations, the base model has 256GB and top-tier model comes with 512GB native storage. The popular-tipster @Roland Quandt also stated the base model will be available in Aura Glow color. Other expected colors are Aura White and Aura Black.


Design
The Galaxy Note 10 lineup will have a punch-hole design like the S10 series. The first prominent difference is punch-hole will be in the center instead of the right side of the display. The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will have a single selfie snapper. The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ design will be almost identical.


Leaked Specs
From what we heard so far the Galaxy Note 10+ will be featuring a gigantic 6.8-inches Dynamic AMOLED display with Quad HD+ screen resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels. Under the hood, the Exynos 9825/ Snapdragon 855 SoC will be powering the phone. The device is rumored to have 12GB RAM and 4,300mAh battery is also expected.
Cameras
The Galaxy Note 10 standard model likely to have triple rear cameras setup whereas the Note 10+ will take lead in cameras with quad rear cameras. The fourth sensor on the rear might be a Time-of-Flight sensor. So far all Galaxy Note phones have the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack. The Galaxy Note 10 lineup is rumored to have USB-C port for headphone.


Release and Price
The best thing is Samsung fans don’t have to wait as the official announcement of Galaxy Note 10 lineup is on August 7. Both the premium phones expected to be available on August 24th in selected countries.
The Galaxy Note 10 standard model is expected at $999 whereas for the Plus model the buyers might have to pay $150 more. As the pricing and release details aren’t confirmed yet, we will recommend you to take it with a pinch of salt.
