Still behind Spotify, Apple Music continues to add subscribers
Apple's senior vice president Eddy Cue has announced in an interview with France's Numerama that the Apple Music streaming service now has 60 million subscribers.
The last update of the number of subscribers of Apple Music was in April, when the service had 50 million. Since then Apple Music has captured 10 million new customers and is expected to add more in the coming months.
Despite healthy growth, Apple Music remains behind the main rival, Spotify. The latest figures from the Swedish streaming service revealed that 100 million subscribers were already paying for the servisse. Miguel Dias
