Google took advantage of the presentation this Tuesday, 7, to reveal that the Android operating system is currently available on 2.5 billion devices.
The operating system was released in 2008 and since then continues to increase the number of devices where Android is present. The Verge remembers that the last update made available by Google was in 2017 and indicated that the operating system had already been activated on 2 billion devices.
