Swatch sued Samsung for South Korean technology allegedly copying backstops to Galaxy Watch Active, a watch that was announced at the company's latest event.
The Swiss company points to more than 30 dials on Samsung's watch that are "identical or virtually identical" of which it holds as a registered trademark. Note to Reuters that in the proceeding, Swatch included images of its shown and those made available by Samsung for users not only of Galaxy Watch Active but also of Gear Sport, Gear S3 Classic and Frontier.
As part of the lawsuit, Swatch plans to receive about $ 100 million in damages caused, assuming that Samsung will continue to sell these funds in the coming times. Miguel Dias
