Apple: "We do not want to be an elitist company"
Apple's COO, Jeff Williams, gave a short speech to Elon University students in the state of North Carolina in the US, and in the Q & A that followed, he talked a little about Apple's alleged plans to download the prices of iPhones.
In this segment, Williams said that "analysts do not realize the costs or the attention" of the products manufactured by Apple, admitting that the issue is his "misfortune since the beginning of time."
"We do not want to be an elitist company. We want to be an egalitarian company and we have a lot of work to do in developing markets, "said Williams.
As the Business Insider recalls, the average price of iPhones has risen by 27% since 2010, with Apple being responsible for the ever-increasing price of smartphones, largely because of its iPhone X that broke the 1,000-euro barrier. Miguel Dias
