Elon Musk could help build new particle accelerator
CERN has expressed interest in building a new particle accelerator four times longer than the current Large Hadron Collider (LHC). According to an image shared by CERN, the Future Circular Collider (FCC) will be about 100 kilometers long, in a challenge that apparently has the help of Elon Musk.
The information was disclosed by the boss of Tesla and SpaceX through Twitter. "The director of CERN asked Boring Co to build the new LHC tunnel when we were at The Royal Society. Probably thousands of millions of euros will be saved, "read on the 'tweet' below.
Remember that the Boring Company recently completed its first tunnel. Built as a demonstration of the company's capacity, this tunnel was built near the company's headquarters in Hawthorne in the state of California, USA. Miguel Dias
