Samsung estreia processador automóvel a bordo de novos Audi em 2021
Brand debut processor in car on board new Audi in 2021

The first car chip from Samsung will hit the market with the help of Audi. The technology will produce Exynos processors for vehicles of the German brand, which have launch scheduled for 2021.
The Exynos Auto V9 is an 8-nanometer chip with eight ARM Cortex-A76 colors and offers a maximum speed of 2.1 GHz. With this component, Samsung promises premium sound quality and multi-screen integration (with limit maximum of six displays and 12 cameras). It is also worth noting that the chip has an ARM Mali G76 GPU and a neural processing unit.
This partnership was announced in 2017. At the time, Samsung also said it would provide OLED displays for Audi's electric vehicles. For this industry, it is also known that the South Korean giant is working on two chips for smart vehicles.
Samsung is just one of many technology companies that are expanding to the automotive market. BlackBerry, Nvidia, Intel and Qualcomm are just four other names. Sapo
