Redmond giant patent reveals new version of Surface Pro

Microsoft continues to expand its line of Surface Pro tablets, and has now uncovered a patent for a new model, allegedly presenting a thinner cover / keyboard than the current versions. According to the WindowsUnited website, the patent reveals information such as cutting the base to create a thinner version and integrating the trackpad directly into the circuit board used in the keyboard. This may mean confirmation that Microsoft is redesigning its tablet and offering a cheaper version of Surface Pro.
