Tesla CEO Elon Musk has indicated on his Twitter page that in a future software update he will be able to introduce a special mode designed especially for dogs and cats. The idea is to allow the driver's pet to stay in the car and at the same time, anyone who passes around the vehicle knows that the animal will not suffer from the heat.
"Could they put a 'dog mode' on the Tesla Model 3? Where music is on and the air conditioner on, with the screen saying 'I'm fine, does my owner come back already?' "Asked one of Elon Musk's followers. "Yes," the Tesla boss replied simply.
There was also another follower of Musk who suggested that the car's display indicate the temperature inside the vehicle, with the leader of the electric car company agreeing that it would be a good addition to the functionality.
