Company is the new 'target' of the European Union

After an investigation into Google that resulted in millionaire fines, the European Union seems to have a new technological giant in the 'look'. European Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager has confirmed that a preliminary investigation has been launched with Amazon.As the Business Insider notes, the European Union will look at how the e-commerce giant uses vendor data on the platform."The point here is the data because if Amazon collects data from the small sellers it houses - which of course can be completely legitimate because you can improve your services for these small sellers - do you also use that data for your own purposes? What is the next phenomenon, what do people want, what kind of offers do they like to receive, what makes them buy things? "Vestager explained.The commissioner said that the investigation is still at a preliminary stage and that "there are no conclusions yet."
