Dubai Square: será este o centro comercial mais “high tech” do mundo?
Dubai Square: Will this be the most "high tech" shopping center in the world?

A luxury development is being built in Dubai, a shopping center set in the Dubai Creek Harbor port area that promises to be the benchmark for shopping malls in the future. In fact, space is a kind of "best of" of the world's best shopping destinations and aims to be the largest retail and entertainment space designed so far.The concept blends elements of outdoor spaces with the best of the interiors of buildings. The commercial area is called Dubai Square and has 750 thousand square meters, the equivalent of 100 football stadiums. The construction has an estimated budget of € 1.75 billion and is expected to be completed by 2020, as it is an undertaking that promises to be luxury, the technology could not be left out and offers its customers the possibility to make purchases through applications for smartphones, desktop or "old school" to go to the counter. There will be a focus for quick payments through the smartphone, systems to use product bar codes and even radio frequency identification technology, not to mention the drone order picking system. Basically the technology helps people not waste time on queues for payments and can even get information without having to wait for an employee and then go shopping elsewhere quickly.

The ground floor of the center will be used as an event arena, with 3D projection plans, to serve concerts, plays and various activities with celebrities. On the first floor there will be a four-aisle scheme, in which the shops are equipped with smart experimentation booths, with interactive mirrors.
The restaurant area, located on the first floor, aims to blend the luxury of French, fusion and vegan cuisines, where there will be an avenue with live cooking stations mixed with street vendors and organic markets. The mall will have a Chinatown inside it - technology and eastern street food, is there anything closer to Blade Runner?
If you are one of those people who is "dragged" for shopping by "guy-half" you will not want to miss the second floor. This is where the special attractions are, from the cineplex complex, a water park, a sports area and an "ice adventure". There is also a supermarket with connection to the metro area, in case you need to make purchases without taking a car.
