Brand introduces its first Android One model
After Samsung unveiled its proposal for the first Android One smartphone, it was LG's turn to unveil its model for the same segment. Based on the Snapdragon 835 processor and offering a 6.1-inch screen with notch and a QHD + resolution of 1440p, there are other "pampering" inspired by its top-of-the-line G7 ThinQ.The "FullVision Super Bright" screen lets you view images outdoors in bright sunlight, and the Boombox speaker system promises quality sound. The headphone jack uses quad-DAC technology, found on the latest models of the manufacturer. The phone also has a 3000 mAh battery.For cameras, the smartphone offers a unique 16MP sensor at the rear (with f / 1.6 aperture) and a front 8MP (with f / 1.9 aperture) for selfies. The device has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable through microSD card up to 2TB. The smartphone will have an IP68 endurance certification and a fingerprint biometric reader on the back cover.There is a second version of the device, the G7 Fit, with more modest components, such as the Snapdragon 821 processor, less fast cameras and supported by Android 8.1. The device will have 4 GB of RAM and two storage versions (32/64 GB) with expansion via microSD. The rest of the specs are similar to the G7.There are still no prices or forecast of arrival to the stores, with LG to finish off for the IFA the official presentation.
