Opera launches first browser with integrated crypto-coins portfolio
Opera's Android browser will very soon be able to store crypto-coins. The system, which is still in beta, has support for crypto tokens and ERC20; receiving and sending crypto-coins; and ensures that the security of the wallet with the help of any biometric sensor or password that the user has in your phone.
The debut of this new system, which Opera calls "Crypto Wallet", makes its mobile browser the first of its kind to integrate a portfolio of crypto-coins. As the company points out, this tool can facilitate the realization of several mobile payments, without the user having to resort to a second app.
"We believe that the web of the present will be the decentralized web interface of the future. That is why we decided to use our browser as a bridge to fill the gap that still separates these two realities," explains the technology. "We believe that with a portfolio of crypto-coins, the browser has the potential to renew and extend the role it serves as a tool for accessing digital information, transaction tools and online identity managers for each user."It is not known if there are other browsers with similar plans, but if you want to try the beta version of this system, follow this link:
