AUDI LANÇA FERRAMENTA DE CONFIGURAÇÃO 3D PARA VEÍCULOS EM TEMPO REAL Imagens e fotos de carro
BRAND LAUNCH 3D CONFIGURATION TOOL FOR VEHICLES

Audi is the first automaker to use 3D visualization in its product configurator. Instead of the static images used in the past, customers can now experience for the first time a 360-degree view of an animated vehicle in real time, directly on Audi's website. The application is being launched in Germany and in 24 countries around the world. With the new 3D Visualization Tool, customers experience the customized car interactively and in a realistic perspective, in the smallest details. They can turn on the headlights or open and close the doors. In mathematical terms, there are hundreds of millions of model and equipment configurations available. The custom Audi can be inserted into different scenarios such as a tunnel or a green landscape with just one click.Another feature is the ability to display the smallest details of trim, daytime running lights and parking lights and the activation of the electric top in convertible cars. "When it comes to individual equipment options, in particular, our new 3D visualization in the configurator gives customers an extremely comprehensive and detailed picture of the model they want and builds on their buying decision," said Thomas Orenz, project manager, 3D visualization at Audi AG.The model is rendered in real time on any device directly on the Audi website, with no need to install additional programs. The 3D application uses data from brand models and virtual rendering techniques, as well as the gaming industry. This new application in the configurator is Audi's next step towards a digital customer experience. The A4 is available on the German brand website as the first 3D pilot model since 2017. Now the tool is being made available for all models in major European markets such as Germany, UK, France and Spain as well as in the US and Japan Future plans include improving image quality for 4K, vehicles in country-specific scenarios and customized use of the resource in dealerships.
