Video shows Tesla Model X to beat speed record
Since Tesla began trying to create a brand image that the speed of their cars became widely known. The image was not only associated with the Model S sedan but, as you can see from the video above, also the Model X of the SUV category.
The YouTube DragTimes channel put a Tesla Model X P100D (in Ludicrous mode) against a Jeep Trackhawk in a 400-meter race, an opportunity the Tesla SUV takes to win the world record for its vehicle category.
According to the BGR, the Model X P100D with active Ludicrous mode only needs 2.9 seconds to go from 0 to 100km / h, a power that helped this Tesla SUV complete 400 meters in just 11.28 seconds.
