"Eco Home Modules are built in our factory, the required time on the ground being the installation on the foundation. This last phase takes place in a few weeks or even days. The Eco Mode Home has no limit to the construction of a modular dwelling in sea containers. There are a few models in their catalog, working with designers and architects, but the client can come up with their own projects so it's something unique. "Houses can be made of one or more modules from sea containers, depending on the area you want. These modules are of different sizes and can be used in any combination. They can be joined horizontally or vertically. It cuts off, it gets busy, everything is done by us from A to Z, "explained Fogarassy.





Housing is energy efficient. It uses an insulation of 30 centimeters, compared to about 10 centimeters in a normal house. They can also be mounted anywhere, anywhere, in the woods or on the water. And in terms of prices, modular houses are very convenient. There are two variants of maritime containers: 15 square meters and 30 square meters. The prices are between 9,000 euros (a single modular housing), 13,000 euros a cottage, up to 18,000 euros a home with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom. These include interior furnishings with minimal furniture, kitchen and bathroom amenities.
