Leak reveals OnePlus 6 with two chambers and wooden back
OnePlus is prepared to follow up on its flagship lineup with new equipment. Or at least that's exactly what one of the latest leaks published by Venture Beat reporter Evan Blass indicates. Through its Twitter page, the well-known leaker has introduced us to one of the first images of the smartphone which, it seems, will not only integrate a double rear camera and a fingerprint biometric sensor, but also a wooden lid.Based on the photograph published online, we can also conclude that the device will maintain the dedicated input for headphones. To this is added a USB-C port.As several media outlets underline, the organization of elements at the rear of the equipment is reminiscent of what Samsung did with its newly released S9, with the flash separating fingerprint sensor and rear cameras.
At first glance, the "Designed by OnePlus" line, which indicates an aesthetic development made in-house, is also outstanding. This same detail would already have been detected in other leaks related to this same gadget. The relief of the rear of the equipment is intriguing, since it does not fit into what has been the norm applied by the technology giant in this segment. Although not confirmed by any official source, this may indicate the presence of a removable cover, which would open doors to the return of already lost replaceable batteries.Other rumors indicate that the phone will feature a Snapdragon 845 processor and the new market trend: the notch.
If the price follows the logic of what has been the launches in this range over the years, it is possible that this smartphone presents with a base value in the house of 500 euros. The official release of OnePlus 6 is scheduled for next June.
