You can already have Microsoft Edge on your phone

Lyndersay explained that the browser is already available for Android and iOS in Portugal, in most English and French speaking countries, in Germany, Austria and Brazil.
One of the main features of the app is the ability to synchronize favorites and browsing history with Edge for PC.
So you can continue browsing your smartphone after using Microsoft's browser on your computer and vice versa.

In the first six weeks in beta in Android, the Edge recorded 500 thousand transfers, which soon doubled as soon as the official launch of the app.
Making a million downloads, the app ranked third in the top-rated category of "Communication" applications on Google Play.
