'Millennials' are more interested in hacking than in sex
A study carried out at University College London reports a change in priorities among so-called millennials, young people who were born between 1982 and 1996. According to this study, young people spend more time invading computers than searching for sexual intercourse.
The study points out that 5% of participants in 14 have hacked a computer last year, a higher percentage of those who claim to have had sex (2%). The greater influence of digital media also appears to be influencing smoking in the younger generation, with only 3% admitting to smoking regularly.
The younger ones also seem to be moving away from other criminal actions, notes the Mirror. The study revealed that 3% of the participants already did graffiti without permission while 4% were involved in acts of vandalism.
