Furacão Irma leva a Tesla a oferecer mais bateria nos seus carros

Hurricane Irma leads Tesla to offer more battery power in its cars

Tesla will have unlocked the total battery capacity of the 60kWh models in its Model S and Model X cars, offering the total 75kWh of the battery that is integrated.
Electrek tells us that in the past, Tesla offered customers the ability to purchase Model S and Model X with less battery for a lower price, allowing times after the same customers paid more for the extra capacity to be unlocked remotely.
But given Hurricane Irma's threat in the state of Florida, Elon Musk's automaker has decided to offer the full 75kWh of battery power to enable customers to get away as much as possible from the storm's devastation.
