Tesla "coerces and intimidates" employees, says complaint
TheTesla has been the subject of a complaint by the US National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for allegedly presenting unfair working conditions, with contracts preventing employees from discussing working conditions and even joining unions.
The lawsuit was filed after the automaker's employees told a division of the United Auto Workers (NLW) that the Tesla "coerced and intimidated" them. In response, the company of Elon Musk refuses the allegations, indicating that the UAW is linked to other automakers in what it claims to be a "David vs. Goliath" fight if David was 15 centimeters.
"For seven years, the UAW has used all the tools in its notebook: false and misleading communications, unsolicited visits to our employees' homes, attempts to publicly discredit Tesla in the media, and now another tactic that has been used in all trade union campaigns since the beginning of time - complaints of unfair labor practices without bases that aim only to generate headers, "read the Tesla statement shared by Reuters.
