Anticipation surrounding Grand Theft Auto VI continues to grow, even in the absence of new trailers or additional details since the release of the first promotional video. Rockstar Games, known for its secretive approach, has been keeping quiet about the game's latest developments, but that doesn't mean there are any delays in sight.

Despite the scarcity of official information, releases scheduled by other publishers in the Take-Two Interactive group, responsible for Rockstar, provide valuable clues about the planned schedule for the eagerly awaited title.

The launch window announced so far points to autumn 2025, a period that, in the European context, includes the months of September, October and November. Take-Two's recent analysis of its game calendar suggests that GTA VI could appear towards the end of that period — possibly in October or November.

The theory gains strength based on a sequence of releases already outlined for previous months. According to data unintentionally revealed through the Steam platform, Mafia: The Old Country, another game under the Take-Two label, will be released on August 8, 2025. This information reinforces the idea of ​​a schedule designed to avoid overlapping major titles.

Further down the calendar, Borderlands 4 is set to arrive on September 23, followed by NBA 2K26, scheduled for early the same month. These releases take up the summer and early fall months, leaving late October and November largely free for a large-scale title like GTA VI.
