Samsung Showcases MICRO LED Beauty Mirror, Smart Mirror with Personalized Skin Analysis

At CES 2025, Samsung surprised the public with the launch of the MICRO LED Beauty Mirror, a device that promises to revolutionize the mirror and skin care market. Developed in partnership with Amorepacific, a leading cosmetics company in South Korea, the mirror combines the high technology of MICRO LED displays with smart functions and personalized skin analysis, creating a unique experience for consumers.

This smart mirror is not just a decorative piece, but an advanced beauty tool. Using microLED technology, the device is capable of providing a reflection with more than 80% reflectance and more than 90% transmittance, ensuring a clear and precise visual experience. The MICRO LED Beauty Mirror has a slim and modern design, with a 21-inch screen that displays personalized information and allows interaction with the user in an intuitive way, like a control panel for the daily beauty routine.

The highlight, however, is the integration with the AI ​​Skin Care and Analysis Solution, developed by Amorepacific. In just 30 seconds, the mirror is able to analyze the characteristics of the user's skin, such as wrinkles, pores, pigmentation and erythema. Based on this analysis, the device provides personalized recommendations for skin care and makeup products, based on an algorithm trained with more than 20,000 clinical skin diagnoses. 

The accuracy of the analysis reaches an impressive 85%, which guarantees reliable and highly personalized results. Samsung revealed that microLED technology was chosen to allow for superior lighting, necessary for the mirror's images to be reflected with high clarity. MicroLED also allows for more intense brightness compared to LCD displays, which is essential for the mirror's functionality as a high-performance skin care device. 

Although there is still no release date or price set, the MICRO LED Beauty Mirror was one of the most talked-about products at CES 2025, attracting a large audience and generating great expectations in the industry. In addition to its mirror function, the device offers users seamless integration with everyday information such as weather forecasts, to-do lists and calendars thanks to its smart display.
