The Samsung Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy F16 5G have been spotted in multiple online listings, including Wi-Fi Alliance, BIS, and Geekbench. Recently, renders of both devices have surfaced, offering a detailed look at their designs and features.
According to renders shared by Android Headlines, the Galaxy M16 5G will feature a pill-shaped rear camera module housing three vertically aligned sensors. An LED flash sits outside the module. The device includes sharper flat edges, with the power button, volume controls, and fingerprint sensor on the right, and a SIM slot on the left. The front has an Infinity-U notch for the selfie camera.
The Geekbench listing reveals the M16 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, and an 8GB RAM variant. It will run Android 14 and support Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, and WPA2/WPA3 protections.
Galaxy F16 5G: Design and Specifications...The Galaxy F16 5G renders, briefly published by Smartprix (now deleted), showcase a similar design to the M16 5G, with a metal rear camera island housing three sensors in a vertical layout. It is expected to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device may also run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ chipset, be powered by a 5000mAh battery, and support 25W fast charging.
