iPhone 15: Apple Special Offer With Free Limited-Edition Beats Solo Buds Ends Soon

Apple has just launched a special offer to celebrate Diwali. Indian customers can buy an iPhone 15, with a pair of free Beats Solo Buds in a color that’s never been seen before. The limited-edition earbuds are available until today, Oct.4. It was a quick offer as it only began on Oct. 3 and it stops as soon as stocks run out.

The earbuds come in an orange shade which I think looks lip-smackingly inviting. Tastes vary, of course, but for me these are easily the best color Beats Solo Buds have appeared in, so I really hope they will one day be released elsewhere. For now, though, it’s solely to, as Apple puts it, “Turn up the festivities.”

Apple calls the color a “vibrant burnt orange” and says that ti comes in special-edition packaging “designed by Aaquib Wani and honours the themes of joy and abundance.”

The offer means that if you buy an iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus and also Beats Solo Buds Festive Special Edition, as the earbuds are called, you receive a discount to the value of the price of the earbuds. In other words, the Beats Solo Buds cost you nothing.

There are other restrictions such as a limit to purchase just one pair of the earbuds and you must buy the phone and earbuds together, with the discount applied to the transaction instantly at the time of purchase.

You can buy then online on instore at qualifying locations in India.

Enough of the small print, though you can read the details here if you’re interested: if you’re buying an iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus (the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have been retired) this is a no-brainer.

Beats Solo Buds are excellent in-ears, though they lack active noise-cancelling. They also come in a tiny case which doesn’t recharge the buds as most cases do. Nevertheless, the 18-hour battery life in the buds means this needn’t be a problem.

Apple is still advertising the offer on the Indian website, so the stocks may not have run out just yet.

And, if I may, Happy Diwali.
