The mechadog can move at speeds up to 9 km/h in the standard version and up to 12 in the Pro version. If desired, an assistant can be involved in not particularly difficult work. For example, carry bags weighing up to 7.5 kg or pick up items with an additional mechanical arm.

Much more opportunities are presented for the sake of entertainment. Go2 is trained in various dances and tricks. It is enough just to ask and the iron stands on its front legs, swinging its hind legs or doing somersaults no worse than an experienced acrobat. You can also take a couple of pictures on the camera, which is built into the muzzle. A couple of moments and the photo was sent to the owner’s smartphone.

The integrated GPT chat bot, which works in real time, allows him to understand human language. Also, the dog can answer the questions asked. It is worth noting that this feature is available only in the advanced version of the gadget.

Ultra-wide-angle LiDAR and an array of high-definition cameras allows the Go2 to scan the area without colliding with obstacles. If there is a ladder, a rocky surface or a small abyss ahead, the dog will easily overcome or jump over the difficult area. And on a flat surface, on command, it will follow you.

At the same time, the robo-dog is not so big. With a weight of 15 kg, its height is 40 cm, and its length is about 70. But you can’t say the same about the price. The base model will cost $1600 (~145 thousand rubles) and $3050 (~276 thousand rubles) are asked for the Pro version. Plus for delivery $ 400 (~ 36 thousand rubles) and 25% duty. And all this if you live in the USA. However, it’s still cheaper than Boston Dynamics’ $75,000 Spot dog.
