ASUS traz suporte DDR5-7000 de 48 GB para placas-mãe Intel 700 e 600 Series

Company now supports 48GB DDR5-7000 for Intel 700 and 600 Series motherboards

ASUS recently announced BIOS update for Intel 700 and 600 series in collaboration with Corsair. With the new update, these motherboards can support up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory and the new Corsair Vengeance DDR5 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) 7000 MT/s modules.

Users purchasing an Intel 700 or 600 series motherboard from the ROG Maximus, ROG Strix, ProArt, TUF Gaming or Prime families are faced with a choice: buy the latest generation of affordable DDR4 memory or be future-proof with DDR5 models . As the DDR5 RAM market matures, it's hard for technology enthusiasts to ignore the performance achieved with this new generation of memory. With the latest BIOS update, ASUS motherboards with DDR5 support have become an even more powerful option. ASUS 700 and 600 series motherboards now support the latest 24 and 48 GB DDR5 memory modules.

ASUS has conducted rigorous testing with 2x 24GB memory kits manufactured by Corsair to ensure that 48GB DDR5 RAMs at 7000 MT/s are supported by the entire motherboard lineup. Whether users choose a high-end Z790 with superior overclocking capabilities or a feature-rich and cost-effective B760, they will be able to pair their motherboards with DDR5 memory kits that deliver unrivaled capacity and speed.

Ready for those who need technology...It is joked that more tabs can be opened in the browser when a new larger memory kit is purchased. While there is some truth to that joke, it takes an incredible number of browser tabs to open to strain a modern computer with 16GB of RAM. In fact, users can enjoy the many benefits offered by high-bandwidth, large-capacity RAMs. Some games alone can use more than 16GB of RAM. Of course, there are also apps that users prefer to keep open in the background.

Video editors, architects, product designers, 3D modelers, Twitch streamers, engineers, data scientists and more deal with memory-intensive workloads. These professionals and content creators, as well as anyone who uses multiple simultaneous applications on a daily basis, are closely following the evolution of the DDR5 market. These next generation memory kits offer better scaling, much higher bandwidth and efficiency features for today's multi-core processors that do not negatively affect system latency.

DDR5 memory modules from manufacturers like Corsair stand out for their memory capacities and impressive data transfer speeds. DDR5-7000 kits are available now but are limited to 16GB per module. The new Corsair Vengeance 48GB (2 x 24GB) DDR5-7000 memory modules provide users with 48GB of DDR5 RAM running at 7000MT/s. This is a very attractive offer for anyone looking for high-speed, large-capacity memory. Those who want even more RAM memory can opt for the Corsair Vengeance 192 GB (4 x 48 GB) DDR5 model, which offers a data rate of 5600 MT/s.

The table below shows ASUS Z790 motherboards that will support the new DDR5 memory models with the latest BIOS update. Update for ASUS B760, H770 and 600 series motherboards is also scheduled to be available soon.
