Phantom V Fold: the brand's first foldable smartphone

Tecno published an image of its first Phantom V Fold folding smartphone and shared some details about the new smartphone.

According to official information, the Phantom V Fold will be equipped with its own hinge mechanism. The design offers resistance to drops and mechanical impacts, and also protects the mechanism against breakage and jamming of parts.

Parts of the Phantom V Fold will be made from materials that are used in the aerospace industry. This will make the Phantom V Fold not only durable, but also lightweight. The smartphone will have a main camera, which includes three modules, but the manufacturer claims only five image sensors in this device (presumably one more each on the internal and external screen).

In the photo you can also see a block of three camera modules. In total, the brand promises a system of five high-quality cameras to create impeccable photographs.

The Phantom V Fold will be built on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ single-chip system, and will be presented on February 28, 2023 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
