Lenovo unveiled the Kaitian N8 laptop in China. Its special feature is the use of Chinese Zhaoxin Kaixian KX-6000 8-core 16-nanometer processor with a maximum frequency of 2.7 GHz. Apparently, the notebook is intended for the home market.
There is no discrete GPU in this model, but the GPU built into the CPU supports 4K resolution and 4K hardware video decoding. The notebook's IPS screen is characterized by a diagonal of 14 inches and a resolution of 2240 x 1400 pixels. The matrix provides 100% coverage of the sRGB color space. Screen covers 91% of lid area, pivots 180°.
The Lenovo Kaitian N8 has 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. Also configured are Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 adapters, a backlit keyboard, a fingerprint reader, and a 61Wh battery. The thickness of the case was 14.6 mm, and the weight of the notebook - 1.29 kg. The cost of the portable computer has not yet been mentioned.
