Google may accelerate the development of the Fuchsia operating system in the new year. Apparently, in early December, the company held an SDK Bootcamp event specifically for this platform and also updated the official Visual Studio Code plugin.
The Android Deadlines feature suggests that Google's activation of Fuchsia, on the one hand, may attract new developers to the platform, and, on the other hand, it may indicate some major release in the current year.
True, these are just assumptions, although they are based on facts. At the same time, it is still not clear to the end why this operating system from Google and what this project will lead to. In particular, the company already has devices running on Fuchsia, but the search giant does not emphasize this.
Google is currently working on running Android and Linux apps on Fuchsia as part of the Starnix project. This possibility will make the new OS more universal and simplify its integration in the market, regardless of its form of realization.
