Sony releases new Android 13 interface for gadgets: Xperia Pro-I, Xperia 5 III, Xperia 5 IV and Xperia 1 III

The Japanese corporation Sony continues to port its branded smartphones to the new Android 13 operating system. Last month, the flagship Xperia 1 IV, announced in May 2022, received new firmware. An update for four more smartphones has now been released.

For the Xperia 5 IV, released this fall, firmware build number 64.1.C.0.90 is being offered to Japanese users, and build 64.1.A.0.857 has been prepared for other Asian countries. Also, in Asia, owners of Xperia 1 III, Xperia 5 III and Xperia Pro-I models began to receive Android 13. In the near future, software updates for these phones will be released in other countries.

The firmware includes the latest security patches that cover system vulnerabilities, as well as all the new features that Android 13 offers.
