Samsung lançou o laptop Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 com um preço de $ 1.500

Galaxy Book2 Pro 360: the brand's first laptop with Snapdragon 8CX Gen 3 hardware base

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 laptop based on an Intel Core processor in February, and now a new version of the same laptop has been released.

This time, it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8CX Gen 3 chipset. So far, the new product has only been announced for South Korea.

The Snapdragon 8CX Gen 3 was Arm's first 5nm chipset for Windows devices. Compared to the Gen 2 chip, the new products have an 85% increase in performance in multi-core mode and a 60% increase in GPU performance, while the neuroprocessor (NPU) has increased to 29 trillion operations per second.

Externally, the novelty practically does not differ from the same model on an Intel processor. It is a lightweight 13.3-inch laptop weighing 1.04 kg and 11.5 mm thick. The AMOLED touchscreen opens 360 degrees, so it can be used to take handwritten notes with the S Pen stylus.

It is reported that the working time without recharging has increased significantly. The Snapdragon variant can play video for 35 hours, while the Intel model works in the same mode for no more than 21 hours. In addition, the novelty supports 5G and received a Wi-Fi 6e module. However, the laptop is slightly more expensive than its relative. The model positions itself as a solution for corporate use — it comes with Windows 11 and meets the Secured-Core PC specifications, which allows you to protect the machine at the hardware level.

Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 on Qualcomm processor will be offered in South Korea from January 16 next year at an equivalent price of US$1,500. The probability and time of delivery to the worldwide market will be announced at a later date.
