Galaxy M53 5G gets Android 13 update

There is no way not to praise Samsung, as it is doing a spectacular job with Android 13, as dozens of models have already been updated to that operating system. Now, we have news of yet another model receiving this system, and I am talking about the Galaxy M53 5G, a mid-range smartphone that was launched in April of this year.

And as with all South Korean equipment, Android 13 arrives on the Galaxy M53 5G in the form of One UI 5.0, as this is the South Korean manufacturer's interface. The device's firmware moves to build M536BXXU1BVK4.

In addition to Android 13 and One UI 5.0, the smartphone also receives the security patches for this month of October 2022, that is, they are not the most recent patches made available by Google, but it is only a month late.

The firmware is being made available all over Europe, as we have reports arriving from Italy, Spain, France and even the Netherlands. As such, it is highly likely that in the next few hours, or days, the same will happen in other markets in Europe.

If you want, you can check manually on your device if the update is already available, for that you just need to go to Settings - Software update - Download and install.

This is the first major update for this device, as it hit the market with Android 12, and everything indicates that it will be entitled to the Android 14 update next year.
