Today, Chinese manufacturer Honor introduced another Honor 80 Pro device.
The Honor 80 Pro has a 6.78-inch curved OLED panel with 2700×1224 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The resolution of the dual front camera built into the display is 50 MP and 2 MP.
On the back of the case is a triple camera block. It includes 160 MP (1/1.56 inch optical format), 50 MP (ultra wide-angle lens) and 2 MP (depth sensor) sensors.
The foundation of the Honor 80 Pro smartphone hardware platform is represented by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 single-chip system. The chip works together with 8/12 GB of RAM. To store user information, a flash module with a capacity of 256/512 GB is provided. Management is based on Android 12 with a proprietary Magic UI 7.1 add-on.
The novelty comes equipped with a rechargeable battery of 4800 mAh that supports wired charging of 66 W. The phone is made in a case with a thickness of 7.8 mm and a weight of 188 grams.
Other equipment includes an on-screen fingerprint scanner and a USB-C port. The device is offered in a variety of color options including gloss black, jade green black, blue wave blue and morning glow pink.
The cost of Honor 80 Pro in 8/256GB version will be $490, modification with 12/256GB memory set is estimated at $530, 12/512GB version is $575.
