Luxury brand Diesel launches new smartwatch running Wear OS 3

Among the brands of the Fossil group, Diesel has now presented a new smart watch.

Fossil Group brands typically offer the same hardware equipment and software expertise, just with a unique design and style characteristic of each brand. Montblanc was the first to implement Wear OS 3 after the Galaxy Watch4, but since then, offerings based on the new platform have been and will continue to arrive. The Fossil Gen 6 Wellness has already been introduced with the new system, Michael Kors and Skagen watches are being prepared from previous models and Diesel is joining the club with a new device.

The Diesel Griffed Gen 6 gadget works in a masculine and distinctive design with a 45.5mm stainless steel case, accented control buttons and crown. You can choose from stainless steel, leather or braided nylon straps. The device offers the usual health functions such as heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level measurement, sleep tracking and stress level monitoring, supports many sports activities, but the water resistance is only up to 3ATM level. 

In terms of data connection, Wi-Fi and LTE connections are also options, there is NFC with Google Pay support, dedicated GPS module and Bluetooth 5.0 with energy efficient protocol. All of this is possible thanks to the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ with 1GB of system memory and 8GB of internal storage. The product page is quite narrow, compared to smart devices we could even call it amateur, but these watches are more fashion items, looks are the main thing, but the battery size or at least the expected operating time could be stated, perhaps the technology and screen resolution, or anything else that is a little, would bring us closer to your $350 quarter
