APPLE

Last month, Apple released iOS 16.1, the latest update to its mobile operating system. Along with this, the final testing stage of the iOS 16.2 update began, which, among other things, enables support for fifth-generation (5G) communication networks on compatible iPhones in India.
Remember, on October 1st, 5G networks were officially launched in India. After that, local authorities turned to Apple, Samsung and other device manufacturers with a request to expedite the process of enabling 5G support on their products. This can be done by issuing an appropriate update to the device software.
Of course, Apple has not ignored this request, as the iOS 16.2 beta will be released next week, the installation of which will allow compatible iPhones to work on 5G networks. As for the stable version of this package, it is expected to be released in December. At this point, to install iOS 16.2 beta, you will need to sign up for Apple's testing program. This is due to the fact that beta versions are not widely distributed to users' devices due to possible errors in the code.
