Although the Galaxy A53 has only been on the market for 6 months, Samsung has been developing a successor called the Galaxy A54 for some time now. GalaxyClub reports that the Samsung Galaxy A54 will feature a lower resolution main camera compared to its predecessor.
The Samsung Galaxy A54 will have a 50-megapixel main camera, while the Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A53 phones have 64-megapixel rear cameras. There is still no other information about the features of the Galaxy A54's main camera.
According to one version, it will use a 50-megapixel mid-range sensor. But since the Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A53 also have a lot of flagship-level features like water resistance, high-refresh-rate displays, and stereo speakers, a flagship-level sensor can't be ruled out.
Previously, it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy A54 and other mid-range Galaxy smartphones will ditch the image depth sensor. The smartphone will run Android 13 operating system with One UI 5 shell.
