Xiaomi has announced the sale of new versions of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 and Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro tablets, which are equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory.
In China, this version of Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is offered for US$290, while Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro costs US$360. The difference between them is mainly in three points: single-chip performance, speakers and fast charging. .
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is equipped with a single-chip Snapdragon 860 system, four speakers and supports 33W fast charging. The Mi Pad 5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC, eight speakers and supports 67W fast charging.
Both devices received an 11-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels with support for a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a density of 275 pixels per inch and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. The display comes with HDR 10 and Dolby Vision support, low blue light hardware support, and hardware-level German TUV certification to minimize visual impact during extended use.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro's built-in battery with 10,000mAh capacity has excellent battery life and can be used for two days with intensive use.
