PIXELMATOR
Lithuanian developer Pixelmator has released an updated image editor, Pixelmator Pro 3.0 Muse, which the company says is a major update to the Photoshop alternative for macOS Big Sur.
Pixelmator was founded in 2007 by two brothers: Saulius Dalide and Aidas Dalide. Today, the Pixelmator team is developing innovative image editing apps for Mac and iOS.
Pixelmator Pro 3.0 adds new design templates, artificial intelligence (AI) based template editing, fully customizable layouts, a new Document Colors tool, and much more.
The editor can now automatically remove backgrounds, increase the size of low resolution images, and intelligently choose the composition and position of images.
The update adds 200 design templates, which the company says will allow absolutely anyone to create looks in a matter of moments. Also, the developers promise that in the future they will add more new models.
It is reported that the new editor is optimized for Apple's latest processors. Pixelmator Pro 3.0 "Muse" is a free editor for existing Pixelmator Pro users. If you are not a user of this editor, you will have to buy it for $39.99.
