Japanese giant launches instant camera that works like a small photo printer
The instax mini Evo follows in the footsteps of LiPlay with similar functionality but with a more retro design and better image quality.
Yesterday, Fujifilm introduced its latest instax series instant camera, the instax mini Evo called frame, which is not only able to immediately “recover” the photos taken, but also print photos taken with the Evo or our smartphone. later, and what's more, twice as good as before, with a resolution of 600 dpi.
The instax mini instant film machine has an even more retro look than usual, using the control dial familiar from Fujifilm cameras, but some modernity has also been added to the formula in the form of the 3" diagonal LCD display on the back, which will be useful for composing.
The camera can use ten kinds of lens modes and image filters, bringing the number of possible combinations to 100 in terms of the imaging world, and in the smartphone app available for Android and iOS, you can further decorate the images with different frames, stickers and inscriptions. Within the application we can also print our photos on our smartphone, while we can store our photos taken with the camera on a microSD memory card if we have just run out of paper but want to print the captured moment afterwards.
According to plans, the Fujifilm instax mini Evo will be available for purchase from the beginning of February for a purchase price of around 200 euros, and in addition to the new camera, a new paper with a gray frame, called mini Stone Grey, was also introduced, of which the pack of 10 will be available for 10 euros, also next February.
