Model V25e will hit the market with Helio G99 processor
Online sources are reporting that the mid-range V25e smartphone with MediaTek processor and Android 12-based FunTouch operating system will soon appear in the assortment of the Chinese company Vivo.
The novelty will replace the Vivo V23e model, which is shown in the first image. The device will be based on the Helio G99 processor: the chip combines eight computing cores (2 × Arm Cortex-A76 and 6 × Arm Cortex-A55) with a clock frequency of up to 2.2 GHz, an Arm Mali-G57 graphics accelerator. MC2 and an LTE modem.
Information about the Vivo V25e smartphone has already appeared in the Google Play Console database. The amount of RAM is listed as 8 GB. Modifications with a flash drive with a capacity of 128 and 256 GB are expected to be on sale.
It is known that the device is equipped with a Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 × 2404 pixels and a pixel density of 440 DPI (dots per inch). There is apparently a cutout for the selfie camera at the top of the screen. Other features have not yet been disclosed.
Information about the novelty also appeared on the website of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). This means that the Vivo V25e model will also be launched in the European market.
According to IDC estimates, in the second quarter of this year, about 286.0 million smartphones were shipped worldwide, which is 8.7% less than a year ago. In the list of main suppliers, Vivo occupies the fourth place with 8.7% of participation.
