Moto Razr 2022 will have 50 MP camera with optical image stabilization function

Motorola continues to promote its Moto Razr 2022 foldable smartphone, which will be unveiled on August 2. The manufacturer has published an advertising teaser that sheds light on the model's photographic capabilities.

Thanks to the poster, it became known that the main sensor of 1 / 1.55 inch optical format will be installed in the smartphone camera, whose resolution will be 50 MP. In addition, the camera will receive optical image stabilization (OIS) function. A 13 MP wide-angle module will also be involved.

The first leaks talked about a fully functional external screen that will let you not only see service notifications, but also launch apps and watch videos. Another change will affect the selfie camera, which will be placed in a small hole (in the previous Razr 5G model, it was located in a huge “monobrow” cutout). The front camera will be equipped with a 32 MP sensor.

The device will be built on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ platform. A 3500 mAh battery will be responsible for power. The 6.7-inch main screen will use a 3rd generation hinge mechanism, making it the flattest smartphone with a vertically folding screen.
