The company announced the new Summit E13 Flip Evo and Summit E14 Flip Evo convertible laptops

The Summit Flip series features new Intel Alder Lake-P processors and supports Tobii Aware and Tile specific features. Both laptops are built on the third-generation Intel Evo platform and are equipped with Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6E interfaces.

Summit E13 Flip Evo and E14 Flip Evo both feature 16:10 aspect ratio displays, can wake up in less than a second and last for over 9 hours on a single charge. Fast charging is available, providing 4 hours of use after 30 minutes of connection or 1.5 hours after 15 minutes.

The updated Summit Flip series supports the Tobii Aware feature, due to which the image on the screen is blurred when the owner is not around. In addition, the Tile function allows you to determine the location of a connected laptop or smartphone in case of theft or loss.

The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo received Intel Alder Lake-P processors with a TDP level of 28W – 12-core Core i5-1240P and 14-core Core i7-1260P or Core i7-1280P. The novelty is equipped with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5-4800 RAM (with no possibility of increasing the capacity). Permanent memory is represented by PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD up to 1 TB. There's a microSD card slot, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A and USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, as well as HDMI and a combo audio output.

The laptop is equipped with a 13.4-inch IPS screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, capable of displaying 100% of the sRGB gamma. There is an infrared camera with noise reduction, a light sensor and a quad microphone. The device weighs 1.35 kg.

Kit includes an MSI Pen with 4096 pressure level recognition - can be used as a remote control for presentations. Keyboard with 83 keys has white backlight, battery capacity is 79 Wh. Black and white ink options will be on sale, with prices ranging from $1,399 to $1,699, depending on configuration.

The MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo has almost the same specs, differing mainly in screen size and battery capacity. The model weighs 1.6 kg, has a 14-inch 60 Hz IPS touchscreen capable of displaying 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

There are two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, a microSD card slot, an HDMI output, and a combo audio output. The keyboard received 99 keys with white backlight, the battery capacity is 72 Wh. Comes with an MSI Pen. The price of new items ranges from $1,499 to $1,799, depending on configuration.
