Model Reno7 New Year Edition has a very interesting red color

Chinese company Oppo has scheduled to coincide with the New Year holidays the announcement of the Reno7 New Year Edition smartphone running the ColorOS 12 operating system based on Android 11. Order acceptance for the device will begin on December 27th.

The novelty received a bright red version of Red Velvet. On the back is a symbolic image of a tiger: the next 2022 according to the eastern calendar is the year of the black water tiger.

The device is equipped with a 6.43-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. There is a perforation in the upper left corner of the screen: a 32 MP selfie camera is located at a small hole.

The triple rear camera combines a 64 megapixel main sensor, an 8 megapixel unit with wide-angle optics and a 2 megapixel macro module. The fingerprint reader is integrated directly into the display area. The smartphone carries on board an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 processor with an Adreno 642L graphics accelerator and a 5G modem. Responsible for the power is a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh with support for quick recharge of 60 watts.

The amount of RAM is 8 or 12 GB, the storage capacity is 128 or 256 GB. The price of the Oppo Reno7 New Year's Edition ranges from $425 to $520.
