iQOO
New model of the Chinese brand appears in three colors
Last week it became known that the Chinese company Vivo is preparing to launch a mid-range smartphone iQOO U5 5G. And now this device has appeared in the official teaser, revealing some technical details.
It is reported that the device will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor (and not the MediaTek Dimensity 810 as previously thought). The chip combines eight Kryo 660 computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.2 GHz, an Adreno 619 graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X51 5G cellular modem.
The next new thing is shown in three colors – graphite, white and gradient blue. The rear has a dual camera that supposedly combines a 50 MP main unit and a 2 MP secondary sensor.
The teaser talks about the presence of a screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Previously, it was reported that a 6.58-inch Full HD+ panel (1080 × 240 pixels) with a waterdrop notch for an 8 megapixel front camera will be used.
Power will be provided by a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery. There is still no information about the power of fast charging technology.
The description of the iQOO U5 5G smartphone and its images appeared on the JD.com website. The novelty will be offered in versions with 4, 6 and 8 GB of RAM. The flash drive capacity will be 128 and 256 GB. There is a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
